WE ENSURE THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF SUPPORT IS GIVEN TO MEET THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF THE YOUNG PERSON, DEPENDING ON THEIR LEARNING DISABILITIES AND/OR DISABILITIES AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.
We offer an individualised structure and support plan which helps a person build their skills and strengths with the guidance of our expert support team, in order live as independently as possible. Support available includes:

Maintaining a tenancy and dealing with correspondence

Managing finances, including budgeting and benefits

Vital living skills, such as cooking, cleaning and shopping

Socialising with the local community

Taking part in education, training and employment

Provide counselling and therapy on all of one’s life aspects.
If an individual who has higher, more complex needs, are is unable to maintain their own tenancy, we ensure to:

Meet nutrition and hydration needs

Encourage appropriate behaviour and good communication

Building long-lasting relationships

Help the individual take an active part in hobbies and interests

Offer community reform, rehabilitation centres

Direct work in a person-centred approach, as well as 1-to-1/ 2-to-1 support.
